With global headquarters and an extensive network of logistics hubs and customer service centres, Wayfair create that feeling of home for everyone, anywhere. Wayfair operate 18 fulfilment and 38 delivery centres representing millions of square feet across the U.S., Germany, Canada, and the U.K.
Wayfair’s new state of the art 1,037,856 sq ft Warehouse in Lutterworth is served by 173 dock levellers and 12 level access doors on three sides. The site also houses Wayfair’s UK Head Office, with 20,000 sq ft of offices across three floors.
With such a large warehouse, the Wayfair Facilities team were looking for a solution to warm the warehouse team, without having to heat over 1 million sq ft of warehouse.
WarmTronics Heat Mats provides a solution that warms the user, rather than heating the air around them. The additional anti-fatigue mat provides additional productivity benefits, whilst the low voltage technology makes it the most energy efficient option currently in the marketplace.
