Our product has been accredited by TUV Rheinland and we have undertaken Safety, EMC and RoHS both in their UK and European laboratories.

After 4 years of product development and customer feedback, all safety concerns have been factored into the design of the product.

The anti-fatigue rubber effectively reduces strain and prevents injuries from prolonged standing on hard floors.
Our Heat Mats have no exposed electrical components which eliminates associated fire risks.
Electrical elements are housed within an enclosed mild steel tub, which protects components from dust, debris and sources of ignition.
Low 1 Amp voltage enhances safety by reducing any risk of electrical shocks to the user.
The curved metal edge reduces the risk of falling by offering a smooth and gradual transition between surfaces.
Our signal yellow (RAL #1003) paint finish makes the Heat Mats clearly visible to moving operatives and marks it as a potential trip hazard,

This is a UK designed and UK manufactured product.

It was originally designed in Leeds with support from a product development agency in North Yorkshire and an electronics design agency in East Yorkshire.

Over a 4 year period we then tested and trialed our solution with Whistl UK to optimise and refine our Heated Anti-Fatigue Mats. We now make 1000’s of units out of Southampton and our product is used in a variety of different environments for one common goal, to keep operators warm efficiently and at a reasonable cost.

Manufacturing in the UK helps us ensure we are delivering a high quality, premium product to our customers, with full control of our manufacturing process and lead times.
